It is with great pride, excitement, and anticipation that I welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year at St. Theresa Catholic School. I am truly honored to join this vibrant and faith-filled community as your new principal. To all our returning families, and especially to our new St. Theresa Tigers and their families, we are thrilled to have you with us and thank you for entrusting us with the education of your amazing children.
As I step into the role of principal, I would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Micheline Lamarche for her years of dedication and leadership. Her commitment to our school community has been unwavering, and her contributions have left a lasting legacy. We wish her all the best in her new principal role at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School.
Our school and classrooms are set up to reflect the needs of our 21st-century learners. Our custodians and staff have worked diligently to create warm and inviting spaces for our students. This year, we have many exciting activities and opportunities planned, promising a memorable and enriching experience for your children. We are also delighted to welcome new additions to our staff and student body and look forward to the friendships and experiences they will bring to our caring environment.
St. Theresa’s Dual Track School offers unique and diverse opportunities. We host programs such as the Early Learning Kindergarten Program, French Immersion and Extended French Programs, Extracurricular Activities, Outdoor Education, and our Student Leadership Team, which plans numerous activities for our students. Our Parent Council meets regularly to enrich and support our educational endeavors and welcomes new members to join our dynamic team. We are continually seeking ways to engage and support our students, and we value the input from students, parents, and the community.
At St. Theresa, we celebrate our rich diversity and strive to create a learning culture that nurtures the development of the whole child. Our goal is to encourage all students to reach their academic, physical, and spiritual potential, exploring their many God-given talents and gifts. We take pride in celebrating our Catholic faith, traditions, and the spirit of giving fostered through our relationships with the faith community.
