Welcome to St. Theresa Catholic School

It is with great pride, gratitude, and anticipation that I welcome you to another exciting school year at St. Theresa Catholic School. As I begin my second year as principal, I feel truly blessed to be part of this vibrant and faith-filled community. To all our returning families and a very special welcome to our new St. Theresa Tigers and their families, we are thrilled to have you with us and thank you for entrusting us with the education and care of your amazing children.

Over the past year, I have come to know firsthand the many strengths of our school community: our dedicated and caring staff, our enthusiastic and talented students, and our supportive families who partner with us to help every child grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Together, we create an environment where children feel valued, inspired, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Our classrooms are prepared to meet the needs of 21st-century learners, and our custodians and staff have worked hard to ensure warm and welcoming spaces for our students. We have an exciting year ahead filled with engaging activities, enriching learning experiences, and opportunities for leadership, creativity, and service.

As a Dual Track School, St. Theresa offers unique programs, including the Early Learning Kindergarten Program, French Immersion and Extended French, extracurricular activities, outdoor education, and our Student Leadership Team, which organizes a variety of events for our school. Our Catholic School Advisory Council (CSAC) continues to play a vital role in supporting our initiatives and welcomes new members to join in strengthening our school community.

At St. Theresa, we celebrate our diversity and remain committed to nurturing the whole child, academically, physically, socially, and spiritually. We encourage all students to explore their many God-given gifts while living out our Catholic faith through acts of kindness, compassion, and service.

As parents and guardians, you are our most important partners in education. We value your insights and encourage open communication. Please feel free to reach out with questions, concerns, or ideas and don’t hesitate to stop by and say hello. Together, we will make this another year of growth, learning, and joyful memories for our students.

Yours in Education,

Joanne Zettler, Vice-Principal and Richard Cazabon, Principal
